By using Bingo Fling, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing our platform.
Eligibility Requirements
To use Bingo Fling, you must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). You must also be a person with the capacity to enter into legally binding agreements.

Account Registration Rules
You must register an account with us using accurate information, including name, email address, password, and other details as requested. You agree that you will not create multiple accounts or use a third-party's identity to access our platform.
One-Account-Per-User Policy
Each user is limited to one active account on Bingo Fling at any time. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or closure of all affected accounts.
Identity Verification and KYC
We reserve the right to request additional information from you, including identification documents, proof of address, or other personal details, to verify your identity and comply with relevant anti-money laundering regulations. We will store this information securely for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Account Accuracy Obligations
You must ensure that all account-related information is accurate and up-to-date at all times. If we believe that any account-related data provided by you has been altered or manipulated, we reserve the right to suspend or close your account without warning.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials (including passwords) and protecting against unauthorized access. Bingo Fling shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to do so.
Login Credentials and Password Protection
Choose a unique, complex password that you will remember easily but others cannot guess. Avoid sharing or writing down your password in any form. We strongly advise using two-factor authentication where possible.

Wagering and Gameplay Conditions
You agree that all gameplay conducted through Bingo Fling is governed by the game-specific Rules of Play (RoP) or Terms & Conditions published within each individual product. Wagers must be placed in accordance with these RoPs, and we reserve the right to void any winnings resulting from non-compliance.
Bonus Abuse Prevention
Bingo Fling reserves the right to limit or withdraw bonus funds if you have engaged in prohibited behavior related to bonuses (e.g., exploiting bonus terms for personal gain). Any abuse of our reward system will lead to account penalties, including but not limited to suspension and closure.
Deposits and Withdrawals
See Section 10 of our Terms & Conditions for details on depositing funds into your Bingo Fling wallet. You must verify withdrawals through the designated process outlined below.
Before requesting a withdrawal from your account, you will be required to provide documentation that we can use to verify your identity and address in line with anti-money laundering regulations (AML). This includes proof of age, identification documents issued by a government or other official body, utility bills or bank statements showing name and address details.
Please allow 2-5 working days for verification. Where the information you submit is insufficient, incomplete, or inaccurate, we reserve the right to request further documentation before processing your withdrawal.
Processing and Review Procedures
Withdrawal requests will be processed as soon as possible once verified in accordance with our Withdrawals Policy. You can monitor the status of these transactions through My Account > Recent Activity. If there are any discrepancies or errors during this process, we may need additional information from you to correct them before releasing funds.
Responsible Gambling Expectations
We encourage all players on Bingo Fling to engage responsibly and follow guidelines outlined by organizations such as GamCare and BeGambleAware for responsible gaming practices. Failure to adhere to these principles could result in penalties or suspension of account privileges under our Anti-Abuse Policy.

Bingo Fling reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend your account with immediate effect if:
a) We reasonably believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions.
b) You do not comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in gaming activities on Bingo Fling (including age restrictions).
c) Your user profile was found or is believed to be the result of identity theft, fraudulence or using false documentation submitted to us for the purpose of creating/activating your account on our site.
In these situations, we will contact you via email before taking any further action regarding which details can be requested by either contacting or phone.
Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership
The entirety of Bingo Fling is owned by our parent company. No aspect of it including game code, graphics design and customer communications are public domain property. All proprietary content will always belong exclusively to the parent entity unless stated otherwise within these rules.
By continuing use you agree all rights & title pass over automatically upon acceptance terms outlined above along with consent granting non-exclusive right worldwide allowing transferable interest free perpetual license concerning creation distribution exhibition duplication performance presentation broadcasting reproduction dissemination transmission publication display adaptation modification alteration combination or any other form (hereinafter referred to collectively as 'the Uses') in order that they may be protected under intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing contained within this document will result in a waiver from liability if we have acted grossly negligent and/or engaged willful misconduct when processing your account related details during operational procedures where such instances arise due solely to reasons beyond reasonable expectation.
Bingo Fling will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party services used including bank transfers, software providers etc..
Where unforeseen technical problems result in inability to process transactions correctly, the affected amount may need re-calculated manually through alternative means depending on jurisdictional guidelines followed closely
Modification of Terms
We can update these rules at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect once posted online and will be binding upon you upon first access after they've been made public.

Our business activities remain governed by the terms of its current valid license held in good standing from responsible authorities managing player protection under local laws and regulation within such countries as permitted above – namely but not exclusively, Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).
